1. Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.
A business operator is a natural person, a legal entity, or a partnership with legal capacity that acts in the course of its commercial or self-employed professional activities when entering into a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of the Contract, Opportunities to Make Corrections
The purchase contract is concluded with Scandi Wolle.
By listing the products in the online store, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.
The contract is formed when you accept the offer for the products in your shopping cart by clicking the "Order" button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive another confirmation via email.

We store the contract text on our systems, which are not accessible to you.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Delivery Area
We deliver within Germany and to the Netherlands.
4.2 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free within Germany for orders totaling 65 euros or more. For orders under 65 euros, a shipping fee of 6.00 € applies within Germany.
A delivery fee of 15.00 € applies for shipments to other EU countries.
4.3 Shipping Options
We ship the products to the shipping address provided during the ordering process.
We only offer shipping. Unfortunately, you cannot pick up the merchandise in person.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our store.
Prepayment
If you select the "Prepayment" payment method, we will provide you with our bank account information in a separate email and ship the merchandise after we receive payment.
Credit Card
You will enter your credit card information during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after you submit your order.
SEPA Direct Debit
By placing your order, you are authorizing us to use the SEPA Direct Debit system. We will notify you of the date your account will be debited at least one banking business day in advance (known as “prenotification”). A banking business day is any business day except Saturdays, federal holidays, and December 24 and 31 of each year. Your account will be debited before the goods are shipped.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay enabled, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction will be processed immediately after you place your order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount through the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google, have enabled the Google Pay feature, authenticate yourself using your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after the order is placed.

Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer you the following payment options. Unless otherwise specified below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. You will receive further information with the respective payment option and during the checkout process.
Sofort/Sofortüberweisung via Klarna
To pay the invoice amount via Sofort/Sofortüberweisung through Klarna, you must have a Klarna account and a bank account enabled for online banking, verify your identity, and confirm the payment instruction. When paying via Sofortüberweisung, Klarna does not perform a credit check. Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.

PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, log in using your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed by PayPal immediately after you place your order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment options in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected based on its own criteria. However, we have no influence over the offering of these options; any additional payment options offered on an individual basis pertain to your legal relationship with PayPal.

6. Damage During Shipping
If goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during shipping, please report such damage to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately.
Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no impact whatsoever on your legal claims and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or the transportation insurance provider.
7. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies.

8. Liability
We shall always bear unlimited liability for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or our agents:
• in the event of injury to life, limb, or health,
• in the event of a breach of duty committed intentionally or through gross negligence,
• in the event of warranty promises, to the extent agreed upon, or
• to the extent that the scope of application of the Product Liability Act applies.
In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations—the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfillment the contracting party may reasonably rely (cardinal obligations)—due to slight negligence on our part, on the part of our legal representatives, or on the part of our agents, our liability shall be limited to the amount of damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded and which typically must be expected to occur.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
9. Dispute Resolution
We are willing to participate in out-of-court mediation proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
