In summary:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nina Kadenbach, Triftstraße 32, 56337 Eitelborn, Germany, info@scandiwolle.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not required.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

If you use this online feature, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information about the content of your notice of withdrawal, as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and later rescind it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form a single economic unit. This is particularly likely to be the case if we are also your lender or if your lender is using financing to cover our services.
If we have already received the loan by the time the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the purchase of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign currency, or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for that agreement as well.
Exclusion or Premature Termination of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
– for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
– for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, magazines, electronically provided files, and books, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
– for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been broken after delivery;
– for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
– for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Returns
The procedures described in this “Returns” section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal as set forth in the section “Information on the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers.”
Before returning an item, customers are asked to notify the seller (by email to info@scandiwolle.de or via the contact form) to announce the return.
This will allow the seller to identify the products as quickly as possible.
Customers are asked to return the merchandise to the seller as a prepaid package and to keep the shipping receipt. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Customers are asked to avoid damaging or soiling the merchandise. If possible, the merchandise should be returned to the seller in its original packaging with all accessories. If the buyer no longer has the original packaging, suitable alternative packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against damage during shipping and to avoid any claims for damages resulting from inadequate packaging.
